    FS: 1998 Audi A4 v6 Quattro 5 speed

    FOR SALE

    1998 Audi A4 (B5) V6 Quattro 5 speed

    - 162,000 Miles
    - V6
    - 5 speed manual transmission
    - AWD (Quattro)
    - Pearl Paint
    - Paint quality is still in great shape. However, there are a few minor spots of imperfection. There is a chip on the roof, scrape on front bumper, valence has minor cracks, small scrape on passenger side rear door. Each spot is not noticeable until you get right up on it.
    - Black Leather Interior, Power Driver's Seat, Heated Front Seats
    - Leather is in good shape. The seats have no tears or major cracks
    - Moon Roof
    - Power windows, locks, moon roof and alarm
    - Bose Premium Sound
    - Rear deck speakers were replaced when the stock speakers gave out.
    - No longer has a disk changer in trunk. That was removed when an aftermarket head unit was installed.
    - Other than the stereo head unit and rear deck speakers the car is all stock

---* The car has a clean title history *---
    - The engine, driveline, suspension and tires are in good shape.
    - I have most of the service receipts for dealer performed maintenance. The car received its regularly scheduled maintenance for its life since I have owned the car. Not only oil changes, tire rotations and minor things like that, but more significant repairs such as wheel bearing replacements, head gasket and other seals. Timing chain was changed at 100,000 miles.
    - Car has a relativly clean engine compartment and is free of fluid leaks.
    - Tires match and have good tread. Id say ~%70.

    The bad:
    - The headliner is drooping in the rear of the car.
    - The A/C does not work. Heat blows strong, but no A/C. I had the car looked at and recharged at the beginning of this summer but the charge only held for a month or so. The diagnosis showed a leak in the system, but I did have the money at the time to get it fixed.
    - The ABS control module has failed. This is an all to common problem with this model/age Audi (and VW). The brakes work fine and are strong, however ABS does not kick in when on gravel, ice, etc. Summer driving this is no problem but if driving in bad weather this repair should be addressed. An ABS control module unit rebuild would run ~$300. This was on my to-do list, but didn't get around to it.

In summary, this car is in overall great shape and I wouldn't hesitate to drive it across the country right now. This car has been my daily driver for the past 5-6 years and has been great. I bought it with 98,000 miles haven't looked back since.

Car is located in Cantonment, FL
    I'm asking $3900
