    '92 332i - OBDI S52 w/Cams -UUC FW/SPEC Clutch

'98 S52 for sale. OBDI conversion. Will sell with harness and DME with TRM chip. I drive it every day. It has 175k miles on it. Pulls better than ever. No ticks or knocks. Sounds perfect. Recent valve cover, plugs, air filter, thermostat and water pump. Aluminum thermo housing and aluminum radiator. Recent expansion tank. Belts and alternator have less than 20k miles on them. M50 intake manifold, UUC 8.5# flywheel, six disc Spec clutch that holds over 600lb-ft of torque, 21.5# injectors, debaffled oem airbox, Webb cams, and I will consider including the gauge cluster. $3000 or better offer. Would have considered selling for less, but the Spec clutch and UUC flywheel are going with it. It has NEVER been overheated.

ZF trans, rogue SSK, drive shaft, 3.38lsd, and front/rear subframes with M brakes (less than 10k on them) and stainless lines will be for sale once the motor is gone.

I need to keep everything in the car so I can confirm with people as to how well it runs. I will give some great deals if you buy the motor and something else, too. I will also consider selling the entire car with everything and a set of snow tires, plus three M contours with two of the snows mounted on them for not much more than I'm asking for the motor.

Will take pictures and video of it running with proof of current date, if you are interesting in having it shipped. Shipping methods and cost are up to you. I figure the best way would be to ship it on a crate.

The driver's side front fender has a ding in it. I can put another Schwartz I fender on if you choose to buy it. The hood and fenders are sprayed in matte black plastidip. It's a black, spray on and rubberized solution that protects the paint. It peels of like a latex glove, quickly. Mechanically, all it needs is rear subframe bushings. I did the RTABs two months ago, along with the rear shocks. I have been too busy to install the front struts, but I have two bilstein sports and upper strut bearings/mounts. It has M3 sway bars, with the links that attach to the strut. The car has M3 front and rear subframes, M brakes with less than 15k miles on them all around, new Michelin Pilot Sports with less than 5k miles on them. I also have a set of snows. The rears are studded, but they are removable. It has lux M3 sport seats and the four spoke M steering wheel. The driver's seat bottom could use some reupholstering. The rear seat has a folding arm rest. Dove interior. The front door panels are getting a little finicky and catch on the bottom of the door opening sometimes. But, they are still clean and could be reattached back to no sag with a few new clips. My friend bumped my car in his driveway, scuffing up the rear bumper and misaligned it a little as well. Nothing that can't be straightened out with a couple hours of work in the driveway. As of now, it is my daily driver and I do drive it every day. The trunk is from a Schwartz I M3 sedan. It has the subtle, factory M-Tech pinstripes that can only be seen once you reach the door. The motor and M tach came from the same car. It was a totaled M3 sedan. The car is a blast and a handful. A complete joy with the clutch, flywheel, diff and cam combination. The car has torque everywhere and serious power up high for an S52. I have never tested the limits of this chassis. It is my fourth three series and most modified out of all. I can feel that the limits are incredible and I wouldn't want to find them on the street. Never launched and never tracked. Maturely and adult owned. I have driven it with intentions to preserve her. I do not have the money to replace many of the nice parts, like the clutch, flywheel, 338 diff, etc. Not to mention the motor, because I love it This has been, by far the best car I have ever own. I'm not in a huge rush to sell it or just the drivetrain, but I won't turn down a decent offer.

I am looking for 4200 or best offer for the whole car, considering all of the parts and driveline setup.

Please PM me with offers and questions! Again, price is negotiable and I am considering all offers and trades. I need money for school, but I won't turn down a decent trade. Pics upon request, I'm trying to gather some now. I will put the pics in the OP as soon as I upload them.

I was. If you see a chapel on a car forum, it's probably me.
