Hi all i just wrecked my 1986 325e and am looking to replace it. Must be 5spd, must have straight body and interior. Preferably an 86, or something i can at least swap my 86 325e engine and maybe tranny too into it. So engine issues welcome, or even no engine welcome as long as everyhting else is in good condition. Looking @ around $1000-1600. Just pm or email me mezzy117@yahoo.com


Also I figure what the hell ill add it... will also buy jeep grand cherokee, or crown victoria. Must be black, straight body, and running.



Also can someone help me out with which years and models my engine is compatible with? i have the 1986 6-cylinder M20 (e) engine.

your engine should be compatible with all 325e models. Any car that came with a 2.7
You can really make it work in anything if you wanted it to.
Unless you want to just toss it in.

^ alright awesome, for swapping my engine and 5 spd tranny into a factory auto...what would this take? is it an easy swap? like mostly direct bolt in stuff? or does it require a lot of extra modification and parts?

Just look up what it takes to do a 5 speed swap. You'll need the shift linkage parts, trans brace, flywheel, clutch, etc.
It's not too bad

I'll be selling my 87 325 5 speed soon ish. It'll be somewhere in the $1500-2000 range.
Black, 200+k miles, new head gasket, water pump, timing belt, all new top end gaskets. Idle is a little rough, but runs well through the range.
It definitely need work on the exterior
