Asking $1,100. Make me an offer.
Late model four-door 318i 5-speed w/ a crank sunroof. This car runs, drives, and is registered until April 2013. This car has been my daily driver for the past four years and is an absolute blast to drive. Recently the transmission started having issues. The transmission has trouble downshifting. Westwerks’ diagnosis is that the transmission needs to be replaced. I had dreamed of working on this car and building it into a track toy (official weight is only 2620lbs). Unfortunately I’m unable to at this point in my life. I live in the city and simply don’t have the time to work on it or a place to store it. After some work, this would make a great commuter car or track toy. I have service records for the past 10 years. The car was previously owned by Jamie Baker at Eastside Bavarian. Message me for any questions or if you want to take a look. The car is located in Seattle in the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood. Serious inquires only please.
Good:
-4 straight basketweaves with center caps (not currently on the wheels)
-M42 engine runs strong (profile gasket has been replaced)
-Aftermarket CD player with AUX input
-New front brakes/rotors
-New battery
-New blower motor
-4.10 limited slip differential
Known issues:
-Needs new transmission
-Engine oil leaking
-Drive seat is broken
-Needs new tires
-Central locking not working
-Minor dents on several body panels
-No glove box
-Needs tires
-Paint peeling in places
