I am selling my 1995 BMW M3. I bought the car a year ago with a blown engine. The previous owner put a used S52 block from BimmerWorld in with his S50 head which he had refreshed at a shop in Jaxsonville (I can get more details if needed). Upon inspection the car had 3 broken pistons (broken on the skirts). I assume the previous owner had the timing set wrong. I sent the block to my local machine shop (Partsco Gainesville, FL) and the block honed. Got 3 used pistons off this forum, had the crankshaft polished and balanced, new rings bearings (rod and mains) and all new seals. A stock BMW headgasket was installed with ARP head studs. The car runs strong and has a lot of aftermarket parts (listed below). The car has 97,xxx miles (it's my current daily driver).
Exterior: The paint is original, the car has some dings and dents and scratches. The front grills have broken tabs and kept falling out so I took them out, but I still have them. Car could use new window stripping, doesn't leak but is frail.
Interior: The headliner HAS* been redone, the driver's seat has bolster wear. Also the previous owner installed carbon fiber overlay everywhere..I was too afraid to remove it so I have not done so. Also the odometer lighting is very dim and needs a new bulb or something it's very hard to see.
