I just found out I'm shipping to BCT on Feb. 5th, which is A LOT sooner than I was anticipating. I spent a lot of time finding a really nice E30 and even more taking care of it. I decided it needs to go. I have a Subaru I built from the ground up that I'm going to keep.
Now down to it..
It's a 1988 325is. It has Schwarz paint that is in good condition, I was planning on having it wet sanded and buffed in the spring. There is plenty of clear coat left on the car to do it. There is 0 and when I say 0 I mean ZERO rust on the car. It's originally from Florida and it was brought up to NJ and never driven. I purchased it soon after and have taken very good care of the car ever since. Right now it's currently under a NOAH 4 season's car cover and it gets started once a week. When driving spirited I was averaging 22/23 MPG, always ran 93.
Good:
No Rust
Awesome paint
4 Brand new Falken tires
Cardinal interior with M3 front seats
Brand new black BMW floor mats
13 button OBC works, new LED display. Temp sensor works too.
LED's on check panel replaced, all work.
Glove box has latch and works
Map light
Odometer works has roughly 164xxx miles (maybe more maybe less) and it still works fine.
New brakes and rotors all the way around.
New Head Gasket/Timing Belt/Water Pump/Tensioners done by PO (www.drive-gear.com)
Cold A/C and toasty warm heat.
Mtech 1 wheel
Yellow overlays on the smilies are fresh and new.
Fog lights work!
I Lip
Bad:
2 Minor cracks in dash.
Sun roof motor doesn't work, can be cranked open tho.
Passenger seat bottom has some tears in the middle.
Drivers side up left bolster has some separation.
Power antenna came off in the car wash. I purchased a delete plug from a member on here.
I also have a set of E30M3 springs, they are still in the box from a member on here. Never had time to put them in, they can be included in the sale for the price I paid for them ($100) and POSSIBLY installed for an additional fee.
Pictures:
I haven't owned the car long enough to take some proper photos of it. But I will share what I have at this time.
