Parting this thing out! motor and trans are already gone. Everything else is available!

I'll be honest, this car should just have a m/s5x and five lug swap.
It's a m10b18 with g240 five speed that doesn't currently run.
I think it needs to be base timed again.
The interior was half way gutted when I got it.
Only a few dents.
I just don't have the time for it anymore and need the space.
The PO painted it a pearl white color.
It's on h&r lowering springs, the PO put them in.
It has very little rust, I've only found one spot on the whole car. Passenger side rear wheel well.
I have the hood and valve cover, and almost all of the interior parts for it still too.
