sometime the car wont start, i beleive it to be either the starter or the wiring to the starter but recently has been starting without issue

Things I know it needs.
Starter MIGHT need to be replaced but is currently working well. ($50)
The odometer gears broke few months ago at 115,xxx miles($40)
Front control arms. The rubber is shot on them so steering is sticky.($150)
could use a valve adjustment.
idles a little rough i think there is a slight vacuum leak.
the center flex disk on the drive shaft needs to be replace. (drive shaft shakes if you accelerate hard)
Tail light seals leak( free with silicon)
Heater core is bypassed.
Ac doesn't work.
no stereo

new catalytic converter in April passed smog with 0's across the board. ($300)
Registered till dec 2013!! Yes fresh paid!
New kyb shocks with suspension technique lowing springs. Good comfy but stiff ride.($350)
new front break pads.
New ignition from ignition coil to spark plugs. ($200 total)
Brand new tires on steelies. ($350)
New shift boot and e brake boot. Real leather with m-tech piping. ($35)
New battery as of November.($80)
Short shifter.($70)
Late bumper on front (rear stock metal) and valance($100) with black fog light blanks($40)
front pioneer speakers
rear aftermarket speakers (i forget the brand)
