The electric cutout is just a kit from ebay wired to an e36 window switch.
The sound that comes out of it when its open more than makes up for the silence of the car with it closed.

The homelink can be found at most junkyards for under $10 and can be connected to the cigarette/accessory power under the center console. Its just 2 wires.

I wired the seats to the battery with an inline fuse. They work fine, but no memory as that is set by the e46 computer. They are heated as well & would prolly just need an e46 heated seat switch added to the set up for them to work properly.

I've gotten 3 so far and all of them just have the 2 wires providing power.
They were from different manufacturers with slightly different faceplates, but the guts inside all seem the same. Clipping the connectors with it makes the install easier too.
