FS in NC: 1991 325i sedan

My brother has a 1991 325i sedan for sale. He is looking for an outright sale, so no trades, please. Asking price is $3,100, but there is some room for negotiation.

    Details:

    1991 325i sedan, auto transmission 248,000 miles
Alpine White II exterior (original paint, 7 on a scale of 10)
    ABS brakes
    Driver's side SRS airbag system
    Power steering
    power Moonroof (clear glass)
    Black IS rear trunk spoiler
    Black IS front lip spoiler
Cardinal red interior, comfort front seats (needs new drivers seat bolster)
Cardinal red ski-pass rear seat (in very good shape)
Cardinal door cards, handles and carpet
    BMW premium speakers
    13 button OBC
    genuine BMW floor mats
A/C converted to R-134 and works well
    Keyless entry
Kenwood AM/FM CD player with front MP3 input
    new Bilstein heavy duty shocks
new Eiberspaecher cat-back exhaust with chrome tips
Head gasket replaced at 200,000 miles
rebuilt drive-shaft, new center support bearing
rebuilt gauge cluster (new odometer gears)
    new front wheel bearings
new front brake pads & rotors
    new transmission filter/o-ring & gasket
    replaced O2 sensor in 2011
    new Bosch W8RCL spark plugs
new spark plug wires, distributor cap & rotor
    new gaskets for throttle body
    all new water hoses
    new vacuum hoses

My brother is the 3rd owner of this car. He knew the first owner personally and knows the car was well-maintained until it was sold to the 2nd owner. Overall, the body is in excellent condition with only a few tiny exterior rust spots. The paint only needs a bit of attention to bring the luster back. The dash is cracked and the bottoms of the front seats need recovering. Otherwise the interior is in great shape.

Mechanically, it idles a bit rough at the moment. After tinkering with the engine this past weekend, I think it probably needs a throttle positioning sensor (TPS). The car cries out for a 5-speed swap to be honest. Overall a very strong car to build on and can easily be a daily driver vehicle. Car currently has stock bottlecap wheels and a set of 14 inch basketweave wheels for winter tires will be thrown in for free.

Here are a few pictures of the car until this evening. I'll post more photos tonight.

It is the same car, Ryan. You've done some nice work on it.

Pics of interior and engine coming up tonight.
