I just ran a CarFax and it shows a discrepancy with the odometer. Any color that can be shared about that?

Also, you said in the original post that the VIN doesn't match the car... What do you mean by that?

yes. the odo discrepancy is from me swapping the original cluster for an e30 m3 cluster.

all body panel VINs match. the dash VIN does NOT match because i swapped in a crack free one but forgot to retain the original VIN plate.

hope that helps. also attached a copy of the receipt i received for what was done in the swap.
