WTT: 88 325is that needs lots of work + 02 Hyundai Accent GL beater for E30 or E36

I'm near Philadelphia, PA... in Jersey.

Anyone want these two? I want to get rid of the BMW first.

The reason I want to get rid of it is that my dad offered me a deal - get rid of the '88 325is that's taking up our garage space and he'll help me to get one in better condition.
I'm also tired of the Hyundai Accent so if anyone wants that I'm open to any offers.
Ideally I want to get rid of both of them at the same time.

    Lazy bitch, this may help...

It's a red 1988 325is (01/1988). Clean title, 218k miles. Black leather. Power everything. All electrical stuff works. The car runs. Leaks oil, needs an engine rebuild. Front seats have some rips. Automatic transmission. 5 (one spare rim w/o rubber) 14in BBS basketweave wheels. Does not have a stereo, but I do have one to include with it. No code for the stereo though, you could get one for free from a BMW dealership. Most people would opt to get a cd-player nowadays anyway so the old stereo doesn't matter much. This car is great to build a track/race car from! Front frame needs to be straightened, the bumper and valence need to be fixed. There's a 'new' hood and a 'new' fender. Rear valence also has a small dent in it. Exhaust needs to be replaced. I have replacement OEM 'is' exhaust and cat. converter, just never put them on. I replaced many interior parts: glovebox, e-brake console, driver's side seat, as well as the grilles, headlights, fender, and hood.
To sum up the work that it does need:
-Engine work (although still running, it leaks oil and idles high)
-Brakes are weak (needs new pads, a new ABS sensor, and probably new fluid)
-Climate control, dash, driver's underpanel are not in good condition either, although the dash is not cracked at all, just has a rip on the bottom at the center console.
-Paint - car needs to be repainted
-One small rust spot, underneath the rear bumper near the exhaust. Should be taken care of when doing the paint job.
-Might need a new battery, but it's just sitting in the garage so it probably just needs to be charged. I did drive it home fine and the battery held charge until I started doing some electrical work and disconnected the battery (changed headlights and fuses).

I also have misc. parts - Idle Control Valves, various switches for the interior, motor mounts.

The pictures are of the car right after I DROVE it home after buying it. It drove OK, didn't die on me - still runs!! As you can see in the pics that's the damage the car had before I fixed it up. Right now there's a dark blue hood on it and a black passenger side fender...
