Finally time to sell this! We have a ton of maintenance records from the previous owner. Before the previos owner bought it, it was a BMW corporate car that was well maintained by BMW. It has around 180k miles on it. the engine was replaced at about 60k because the sulfur in gas broke down the material the block was made of (All 7 series of this era faced this problem)
