    1998 318ti Avus/Black with M52B28/ZF320

Well I need to pair down on projects and have decided to try and sell it whole before parting out.

THIS CAR IS NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING, NOR IS THE ENGINE OR DRIVETRAIN INSTALLED CURRENTLY. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST.

The car itself is a 1998 318ti Base with body colored bumpers. It's not in the greatest shape with some body issues, but still very usable. The drivers side fender is dented to hell, the passenger fender has some rust bubbling through it and the passenger door has a massive scratch/ding in it. Otherwise its straight and rust free, and anyone wishing to inspect it on my lift is free to do so. Unfortunatley the interior is not so robust and is somewhat falling apart so that will need to be dealt with.
I picked up and parted out a '98 328i 4dr Avus with 195K Miles, which is where the engine and transmission came from. The car cold compression tested at 220-230psi at all cylinders so is very healthy. I am also going to tack weld the oil pump nut. Here is a breakdown of what is included:

    - M52B28 w/ 195K Miles, Cold compression @ 220-230psi at all cylinders
    - Matching M52B28 DME, EWS Box & Key Chip
    - ZF320 w/ 195K, shifted very well, complete with all shift linkage and bolts
    - All incendiaries for M52B28 and a few extras
    - M52 P/S Lines and A/C Lines
    - M52 A/C Compressor
    - S52 Metal Oil Filter Housing (so you can use the same oil filters as the M50/S50)
    - S52 P/S Pump
    - S52 Cams, uninstalled and around 100K miles, but I polished the bearing surfaces since they were slightly scored
    - S52 Flywheel & Clutch Setup with 90K
    - M52 Flywheel & Clutch setup with 195K
    - 4-bolt driveshaft
    - 3.25LSD, unknown miles, but ran it in my e30 for a while and was quiet and locked well
    - E30 diff cover and output flanges, Ti output flanges (if you want to use E30 axles you can do so)

    New Parts:
    - Valve Cover Gasket Kit
    - Oil Pan Gasket
    - Complete shifter rebuild kit (circlips, washers, ball cup, shift joint, etc.)
    - Oil Filter Gasket
    - Intake Manifold Gaskets
    - Various hose clamps
    - Various cooing/vacuum hoses
    - Non-ASC Intake Boot
    - Metal Water Pump
    - 88deg Thermostat
    - Aluminum Thermo Housing
    - Thermo housing gasket

I'm sure that I've forgotten a few things, but thats mostly everything. Only thing I don't have is the slave cylinder, but thats easy enough to get.

I'm asking $2K for everything. I'm very firm on price. You could easily part this out and get more, but I just don't want the hassle of it and need to focus on other projects. Excuse the crappy pics.

If I can't get rid of it in a few weeks then I'm going to just start parting it out completely. Located in Hamden, CT 06517.

Thanks! I'm going to start putting it back together when I can get some free time, but I just have no time!

Title is clean and a blank bill of sale with the P.O.'s signature will come with it! BTW, I'm also including a Z3M rear sway (18.5mm), springs and OE Sachs Shocks with it.
