I have my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 Litre Limited for sale. It has 93k miles. 5.9L V8 (one year only special edition option), automatic transmission, trac lock Spicer 44 rear axle and Dana 30 front axle. 3.73 ratio.
...I'll start out with the bad...
Transfer case needs replaced. Drives great in 2wd, however.
Dent in hood from a deer
The A/C works and is ICE COLD!
Since I've had it...I've replaced....
New 150amp Alt
New water pump and 180* T-stat
New shocks
New tie rod end (at pitman arm)
New front rotors
New Autolite plugs/8mm wires/Napa Gold Cap/rotor
Battery is coming up on only a year old
Cat Converter removed and Flowmaster 40 put in place of stock muffler. Sounds awesome.
Trans filter changed about 10k miles ago
Diff fluid changed about 5k miles ago
Red Tinted Tails
Has the skid plates and tow hook package along with a factory hitch and 7-way connector.
Also is from Virginia. No rust besides surface stuff underneath.
Currently inspected and emissions inspected in Pennsylvania. Clean PA title. Located in Englewood, FL. (just moved)
She's not perfect, but, its a very nice Jeep. Had 71k when I got it and been nothing but smooth sailing since. Just time to move on.
Runs excellent and the trans shifts beautifully.
Anyway...just a great looking, great running Jeep. I've enjoyed my ownership very much...been my old faithful. The one that I can always hop right in and drive it wherever and not be worried about making it there.
Gas mileage isn't horrible either...on the highway going to Florida I got between 17-18 cruising at 80-85.
