I have been an E30 guy for a long time--always had one (or two) from 1997 until late 2010 when I sold my beloved 318is. I regret that sale every single day.
Posted on craigslist locally, but I don't want to limit my search to cars in the northeast (rust).
Looking specifically for the following:
+ Actual 318is (no S52 swaps)
+ 5 speed
+ No verts
+ Original color--as long as it's not white (I hate white)
+ Body straight/clean
+ Minimal rust
+ Clean title
+ Reasonably well-maintained
+ Drivable
+ No garish mods (don't want to pay big bucks to undo someone else's mess)
Only being picky because I want to keep the next one forever, however I don't want something that is $10k worth of perfect because I want a daily driver.
If you can help me find my next car, please let me know!
