    Complete bottom-up new build in Spring 2012 by Barber Race Works in Greenville, SC
    Car has been meticulously maintained and supported at the track by Joel Barber

    ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, FUEL SYSTEM:
    ~150,000 mile reliable legal motor – stock ECU, new air filter, spark plugs, spark wires, coil, belts, hoses, etc. No engine leaks.

    SpecE30 exhaust from Paul Poole
    Stock BMW limited slip differential
    Brand-new gas tank, fuel pump, fuel filter
    New clutch and throw out bearing (4 races)

    SUSPENSION:
    SpecE30 suspension package (Ireland adjustable posi-lock camber and toe kit, front shock tower camber plates, front and rear sway bars, bushings, etc.)
    Sway bar mount reinforcements welded in (the mounts bend without reinforcement)
    New Bimmerworld 75mm extra-long wheel studs all four corners
    New Bimmerworld E30 aftermarket hub/bearings + nuts + dust caps all four corners
    New Bimmerworld E30 complete steering tie rods + ends both sides
    1 set Team Dynamic 15 x 7 black matte wheels 13.2 pounds, 4 x 100, 25mm offset, no spacers required. Like-new condition. Lightest and strongest SpecE30 wheels available!
    1 set 15 x 7 silver wheels, like-new condition. Perfect for backup set or rains.
    1 race left on 205/50/15 Toyos currently on car (good warm up or backup tires)

    BODY EXTERIOR:
    Brand-new paint job based on BMW Motorsports design with red, white & metallic grey
    Body has zero race contact and no rust– extremely clean, not even a donut!

    Air dam with air hole block offs
    Rear trunk lip spoiler
    Safety tow hooks / straps
    All NASA SpecE30 and SCCA club racing and safety decals (just tape over one or the other)
    #70 vinyl numbers (just add a 1 before or after the 70 if you need to)
    Sunroof mechanism removed and mounting brackets welded in – weighs 10-15 lbs less
    Quick-release hood latch pull (no fumbling around to get under the hood quickly)

    INTERIOR:
    Beautiful TIG-welded 8 point cage with NASCAR bars on both sides (protect the co-driver too), forward foot well extensions (protect feet and legs), dash crossbar, diagonal crossbar above head (protect driver’s head in a rollover), all mounting points solidly boxed, all tabs welded in the right places for sunroof, nets, etc. Cage is painted grey.
    Interior completely stripped and repainted grey with spackle paint in foot wells for traction & durability
    Brand-new high-impact racing foam in all the right places on the cage
    Left side and center driver nets
    Billet helmet hanger – grab your helmet quickly and prevent helmet dings between races
    Full width racing rear view mirror
    New 5 lb fire extinguisher with quick-release aluminum billet mount. NASA and SCCA legal.
    Oil pressure gauge
    Stock door panels and bars removed with vinyl edge protection added
    Rear wheel well weight ballast plates and mounting bracket. Car is legal weight for NASA with 215 lb driver. Needs about 50-75 lbs for SCCA ITS installed in the driver footwell depending on driver weight.

    2 brand-new new racing seats (driver side Kirkey, passenger side UltraShield)
    Adjustable seat mounts (bottom sliders and rear mount to cage)
