Hi - I'm selling my 318is to concentrate on my E30 M3 and getting it track ready. This is a really nice car and I also have a stamped BMW maintainence book from new to 217k miles for this car!
Carfax on hand, car has been in CA all its life and started out in the Bay Area. Now it's home is San Diego :) Very exceptionally handling and solid E30, rare color, drives smoothly and no surprises. It was going to be an autocross car but havent had the time to run it much.

Paint is a 7 out of 10
small dent on driver's fender
No major accident damage - front radiator support is intact, frame rails straight and clean
front bumper mounts need adjustment - will prob fix this myself soon
Has had paint it looks like over the driver's quarter
3-4 windshield chips, no cracks

Just replaced valve cover and oil filter housing gaskets yesterday
New air and oil filter
New spark plugs
Interior
Exceptionally clean w black sport seats
** AC works 100% **
Driver's side seat is a little loose, with E30 'tilt'
Manual sunroof - lining is coming loose
