WTT 87 528e for a vert or coupe

I have an 87 528e m20b27, 260 geartag, 2.93 open diff, Turner chip, IE short throw, full custom exhaust, H&R drop springs with billy sports. Working A/C, Working obc new temp sensor and led back, Mtech 1 wheel, Hella h1 and h4 lights. Bottle caps with newish tires, new plugs, wires, clean engine bay, nice interior but needs front seats bad. Power steering lines leak and it needs a valve cover gasket, just been to lazy to do both. It has 277,005 on it, running amazing for the miles but burns oil. Was going to make it a stroker but I don't have the time.
Will throw cash on top if needed.

Over the weekend I put it in used billy hd's and lower H&R drop springs (sports)
Valve cover gasket and painted the valve cover-no more oil leak but still burns oil
Put a sport wheel on and got rid of the mtech 1 wheel
Found mint e30 comfort seats just waiting on adapter brackets
