    Black '89 325is S52 swap, turbo.

Hey everyone, looking to sell my E30. I've owned this car for two years, and it's been turbo for one year (turbo setup is comely custom done by A/R Design here in Denver, cost over 7k). The previous owner lived in Laramie WY, and brought the car out from california with the S52 swap already performed by BRracing. The car had three owners before him, making me the 5th owner. I've been told that the majority of the mileage was put on the chassis by the original owner before the swap was done. I've put a lot of work into this car since I bought it and it's been an absolute blast to drive and own both with the turbo and without. I would guess the power is somewhere around 350whp. The tuner from Miller was out recently and drove the car and said that 500whp is easily within reach with this setup. Unfortunately we weren't able to tune the car at that point because the clutch started to slip. I've installed a Clutchmasters twin disc since then so it's good to go. The car is in awesome shape and the paint is original and looks amazing. It's a total sleeper and gets compliments all the time. I'd like to keep it but unfortunately I've moved somewhere that doesn't have a great parking situation and would like to downsize to one car. Possibly open to trades.

My buddy works @ BRracing for the last 4 yrs at least. He probably did the original 24V swap. That shop is legit, they work on all euros from BMW to Lamborghini.

The most impressive thing about the car has got to be the working ODO after 300k miles :)

Thanks! I have no idea about the tint, it was done in California. I've never been harassed for it here in Colorado, it's dark as hell though.

Have you leakdown or compression tested the engine? Also was the compression ratio lowered on the engine at all for boost?

No, haven't done a leakdown or compression test but could easily be done for any potential buyer. The car runs great so I have no reason to believe that there would be any issue. Compression wasn't lowered but a new headgasket and ARP studs were installed at the same time as the turbo. Andrew at A/R design assured me that this is a safe setup.
