1991 BMW 318is for sale or trade. I bought it about six months ago, and have put approximately 1,000 miles on it. I have had numerous requests for more pictures, which I have added. Great car, quick for a four cylinder. Tight shifting 5-speed manual. Very fun to drive. First the bad: Odometer says 180,000 and does not work. Car has a rebuilt title, I think it was rear ended at some point. The body is not perfect. It has some paint chips, and small dents. Car has a slight oil leak. Power steering fluid leaks from somewhere. Filler neck leaks if you fill the gas tank all the way.
Update: Fuel issue narrowed to fuel pump. One of the wires was loose on the pump. It does run now. I also replaced the intake boot, but now it will not run with the AFM hooked up. Not sure if it is the chip or what. Will run and drive with it removed, but not well. Looking for a used one. Price firm at $2k.
Now the good! (Most all from previous owner, have some paperwork) Transmission and rear end were swapped out of a 90k mile car last year New clutch with short throw shifter Tires are less than 6 months old. Black sport interior that is in average shape BBS wheels and center caps(including spare!) Has been lowered on H&R Sport springs. Blistien Sport shocks New fuel pump last year Cold air intake Lamin headlight tine Eyebrows Sport steering wheel (still have airbag wheel, included) New center driveshaft bearing New guibo flex disc joint New Rack and pinion New control arms with urethane bushings New clutch master and slave New throw out bearing New water pump New thermostat Performance chip I have a lot of paperwork on this car. The car is not perfect, but would be a great driver. Perfect car to drive while you fix up. Cash price is $2000 firm as is. Call or text 5O2-468-eight565. Please do not text me asking me for a better price. Come take a look if you are serious. Clear (rebuilt) title in my name to be transferred before the car leaves my possession.
