You're in Jersey, rust scares me

I see that you have listed fading clear coat, but what about rust? Is there any of it at all, body, under carriage? This part of the country will devour a car over a 24 year life span?

there are a few little spots of rust on the body. a small spot in the trunk as well. if you want to see pictures ill get them to you. the under body looks good
