    NY e30 - 1989 BMW 325i - custom color, coilovers, wheels, breaking neck$

    Hey guys,

Up for sale is my 1989 BMW 325i. I am hard pressed to sell her, I have finally gotten her right where I am satisfied. But, as a photographer and gear head, I have too much equipment for such a small car.
I purchased the car in March of 2013 hiding in the middle of Pennsylvania. She was a ONE owner car by an older lady, for 90% of her life, right up until December 2012, where an older italian gentleman purchased the car, had it repainted and put it up for sale, that's where I found her.

The car was 100% stock besides the repaint when I got her. She currently has 175k on the car, I purchased it with just over 170k, and barely get to put miles on this car, I have been driving it only on nice days and weekends. Adult owned now by myself, this is my third e30, and I have great respect for them. The car has never been beaten on in my possession, and I would think the old lady who owned it kept it in good standards as well.

    Clean title!
    100% stock m20b25 motor
Runs extremely well, never let me down, starts up every time
    5 speed manual transmission
    Clutch replaced 2k miles ago
    Smooth shifts and no grinds
    RaceSkids heavy duty SKID PLATE

100% original Tan leather interior - NO rips NO tears, almost zero bolster wear
Dash has ZERO cracks, and NO sign of wear at all:D
Gauge cluster replaced by previous owner because of faulty speedometer. Current odometer reads about 10k above actual mileage - mileage on title is correct
    Original Radio with BMW code

    JOM Blueline Coilovers
Brand new shocks just installed two weeks ago
Brand new ESM 002 wheels 16x8"
Brand new Achilles ATR Sport Tires 195/45/16r with 95+% tread all around
Control arm bushings replaced one month ago
Car has good alignment, wheel stays straight

    OEM iS front lip
    Blunttech front splitter(not pictured)
    debadged rear trunk
    New bonnet BMW roundel
    ALL RED tail lights
    Smoked bumper signal lights
    Black Shadowline trim

I would prefer to keep the roof rack. I am negotiable though. I am keeping the bike attachments, as they get more use than the car(had them on 3 previous bmw's at this point)
I still need to grab some interior photos, I will be working on that in the next day or so, I can always picture message anyone interested in the meantime.

The odd, and quirky, or problem areas:
The windshield wiper is a bit tempermental, some days she grabs just fine, some days it needs some motivation, so I removed the passenger wiper to help temporarily.
If I were to keep the car, I would give the paint a final cut and polish. I believe whoever painted the car did not fully finish the compounding process afterwards. Mostly this is present on the sides of the car. I think one good day of detailing would really do a HUGE improvement to the paint quality.
OBC still works, shows time and temperature...half the display is bleeding through though.
Shift boot has a small crack in it from wear, in the third gear position, cannot see unless on top.
Oil cooler was oversprayed during repaint. Never got around to masking and hitting it with some flat black.
AC works, clicks on, just needs a recharge.
It has its quirks, for a 24 year old car, but mostly these are things that commonly happen to cars of this age.

The car is basically turn-key, hop in and go. I have invested everything I believe this car needed since purchasing, I just need a bigger car(currently looking at 5-speed x5's and e39 wagons). I wish I had the money to keep this but I think it deserves to be driven more than I get the chance to.

I am asking $6200. I have not made any forum threads, nor have I listed this on Craigslist yet. Id rather let the enthusiasts get first chance. Car is located in Nassau County, NY. About 40 minutes east of New York City.

What else was done , or is it running on the original 170k bushings everything (including rear end), shifter hardware, driveshaft, coolant system, hoses?

Engine bay looks pretty damn dirty for a 7.5k car with some repaint/wheels and coils, tan non sport interior and a bus wheel ...jees.

Here is a good example of 7k+ car right here - http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=297017

Do you have any better pics of the paint, it looks like it has a lot of orange peel.

Professional photography and a nice paint job go a long way.
The photo's M-Tech I car look like they were taken with a camera phone.
                            Presentation is everything.

Right on, overs-spray on the oil cooler, dirty engine bay, dirty carpet, broken obc shows great too!
