FS: 1987 325e Los Angeles Ca

I have a 1987 325e with a 5 speed manual and approx 193000 miles. The car exterior is champagne with a cream/tan carpet and seats. I removed the top end of the motor because of some overheating issues. That is were the project stopped, but I have all parts bagged and labeled ready for whatever plans you have. All the running gear with the exception of the motor is in good working order, the clutch, rear end, and suspension are all strong and work as they should. The car has had regular maintenance and has been well cared for. The car has new tires with well over 85% tread left.

The interior is in really good shape with the exception of some small items. The divers seat has normal wear with about a 20 inch length of piping showing and some wear on the seat cushion. Dash has the normal cracks, but the car comes with a carpet dash cover in black. It also has a full set of black bmw floor mats. The car is also missing the battery and the aftermarket radio needs to be hooked up again.

The car is currently in Redondo Beach. I'd prefer pick up, but I can ship if need be. This would make a good candidate for an engine swap or a spec e30 build or someone just looking for an easy project.

    I'm asking $1,200

Just a friendly bit of advice. No one is going to trust your ad here. You obviously joined only to post this ad and you've provided no pictures. Considering many people use these boards for car hunting specifically because they can browse and communicate without giving away private information like there email address, its a weak proposition to email you in order to view pics of the car in question. I would suggest attaching some pics, or links or at the very least a link to a craigslist ad.

      Hi Anony Mouse

Your advice is much appreciated! I recently found out about this forum from a local slightly retired BMW club instructor who works next door to me. I'm getting my craigslist ad up tonight and I will provide a link with pictures.

Again thank you for the friendly advice.
