I think so. It is really a well put together car. I could probably part it out for more but would never do that to a nice E30 anyway. Another prospective buyer had it looked over by his mechanic at German Autowerks in Atlanta today and he basically said that the car was really well done and runs fantastic. The buyer is making an offer tomorrow. I've seen comparable cars go for 12k on Ebay.
