I've been looking for a red E30 M3 for a while now, and this came up for sale about 2 weeks ago. It was 5 mins from my house, so I grabbed it. I was preferably looking for a Henna or a Brilliantrot. Only reason I'm selling is because I found the Henna I was looking for and purchased it Monday, so this one has to go. Car is located in Scarsdale, NY Westchester County - about 25 mins north of NYC, 5 mins south of the Tappan Zee Bridge.
Guy I picked up from daily drove it for the past 2 years, and I have seen him around town with it before. This is a solid runner, with paint and interior you'd have yourself a great car. Only reason I'm selling it is because the one I found is completely done, Carbon air box etc. To be completely honest, I'm making money on the car, and you're also getting a good deal. Goodluck finding an E30 M3 in driving condition for anything less.
As soon as I got the car I ordered the M3 specific OEM cowl. I will include this with the buyer, in fact it hasn't even came in the mail yet. The cowl rust is solid, I only ordered one just incase I needed it I would have it. None of the cowl rust is through the metal. Only other rust is behind the pass side pop out window. Again this is only surface rust and is not all the way through the metal. Rear license plate lights are good, minor surface rust on the inside.
Front fenders, and hood are replacements. Doors, and trunk has vin stickers.
Firm at $16,000. Don't come with $10,000. Its not happening. Don't tell me you're coming with cash in hand. How else are you going to buy a car?
