You should buy a lip for the car if you're going to try to get 8k out of it.Here are all the details with all the pictures needed, I've gotten offered upto 7K before I even thought about posted it here in Miami, FL. A very nice example yes, but not sure if 8500.. maybe 5000-6500. I am local and can check it out for anyone interested.
+^ atleast find a lip.. it looks bad with that lip ripped off in the front. .. and not a vovlo lip.
just buy suspension, some nice rs and keep it lol.Last edited by RondoAcapriccio; 09-25-2013, 05:09 PM.Comment

I can ask my brother about the bumper being painted. Again, it was never a sports car, or used for racing. Hence why it's just in it's original state. It was a family car, always garaged. Has been kept in the family and had the occasional spin around town to keep it running in the past few years. I would sell it for 6K to the right person, but I would be heartbroken if it got "souped up" by a kid to race it.
hey, yes. I'm a girl, hence the dress :)Comment

This isn't the honda crowd. as long as you don't sell it to someone from stanceworks(although some good cars do come out of there occasionaly) it will be taken care of. These cars in clean original state sometimes fetch a high asking price but that's to the right person. At higher prices you reach m territory and s5x swaps.
As I said before you already said you have sentimental value.. just drop it a bit, get some nice wheels. These make great DD.
What ever you decide, if you do happen to sell it make sure you point the new owner to this forums. The 80/70 BMW scene down here is growing but still not as great as it has potential to be.Comment

Rockers are body color which is usually an indication that the car has had an overall paint jobI can ask my brother about the bumper being painted.
