Just to clear the air I got this car in from VAdirty30 on trade. When I got the car it was not running, after realizing the crank sensor had been broken off the timing cover and jb welded back on. I removed that engine repaired it and it was used in a customer car. The engine (as far as I know) that is currently in the car came from a low mileage auto e34.

The seller mentions a "BFF argument" in his craigslist add, The story is the car was being put together for a local moving to florida. He could not get a loan check payable to me because i had never titled the car in my name. Their were no hard feelings when the deal wasn't completed because it was neither parties fault. I want to clarify that BIMMER BUDDIES did not perform the "swap" to this car, we simply installed another in tact engine, I am however more than willing to answer anyone's questions about the car during the time I had it.

Thank you for the post David! From what I gathered, from one person, the relationship didn't end on good terms. And I just wanted to be honest and upfront with potential buyers. :)

Always wondered how those wheels look like on an e30. A local set was for sale at one point with 205/40s and thought it either came from a 5 lugged e30 or an e36
