WTB: Zinno 5 spd convertible

I'm starting to look to getting back into an e30. The search could be slow or fast but I'm not settling for anything.

Criteria:
5 spd
Zinno
Black top
Convertible
Good paint
Mods are nice but not nessary...that's the best part about e30s
Plastic bumpers but will entertain big bumpers
No accidents, body problems
Should be a "get in and drive" ready car
No rust


Things I'd like:
Timing chain service complete
Crack free dash

Price is negotiable as one car might pull a premium vs. another but let me put it this way....I'm not going to spend 10k on an e30. I'd go buy a bmw bike for that.

Location isn't a huge factor, you'll just have to be willing to help ship (meaning be there when the carrier picks it up).

Zinno is a single stage color that chalks out. Just a buff away from being shiny again.
