Sounds like a great lemon candidate.

24 hours of lemons? Or do you mean a POS? Could qualify for both.

A car circling the scrap heap pile is a perfect lemons racecar start, esp with some go-less-slow bits on it. But hell, an eta makes 30 more hp than the last Lemons I raced and manual and rwd! Interior/paint/etc make little difference for that.

            What part of NY?

How much is an ES spoiler worth? Consider selling it separate so the price on this drops some more? $500 is the limit for Lemons

And any rust? If so, where at and how much?

Located in Johnstown NY. About 40 miles west of Albany.

Price is flexible depending on what's included with the car and how motivated the buyer is.

Some rust. A little on the drivers door and drivers side fender. Nothing structural.

I'll try to get some better pics this weekend.

I agree, eta's are perfect for lemons and with a chip they are even better. Give you decent mileage and good handling.

Very interested providing pictures of underbody/existing rust. I'm really just interested in the shell, so we could try and work out a price dependent on you keeping whatever you need. If you need an email address to send the pictures let me know

Cool. No need to strip a bunch of parts off but if there's some popular things I don't need and easy to sell or something not on it yet then it'd certainly help.

Okay yeah - surface isn't too big of a deal but one of the planned team had a 318is with unfortunately too much rust near weld points to be good.

                    Look forward to more pics.
