I'm gonna bump this. I got the car starting and running good. Nice smooth idle. Planning to post a YouTube video and link it tomorrow.

Just replaced the aftermarket airtex pump with a used genuine BMW pump, which fixed it's starting issues.

Tried flushing the cooling system, upon refill, found that the thermostat housing bleed screw is stuck in place. Can't bleed the system properly so now she's getting hot if idling for too long because of pesky air bubbles. Fix one thing, fuck up another, right? I'd just buy a new cover / bleed screw for around $20.
