Just passed smog. Runs and handles great but does have a few small issues listed below. I replaced most of the suspension not too long ago and has lots of recent maintenance.
Has 258,800 miles but still looks great for it's age.
The paint is good from 10 feet but has some flaws closer. The front driver fender was replaced due to a small accident and wasn't professionally painted. The clear coat on the drivers side door is starting to peel by the window and the passengers mirror is pretty bad, but the rest of car only has a few normal chips. No dents or any other major paint stuff. This is not a show car or garage queen, but definitely still looks nice for it's age.
List of recently replaced parts:
Suspension (replaced approx. 15,000 miles ago)
Bilstein sport's shocks front and rear
Vogtland lowering springs
Polyurethane control arm bushings
Lemforder control arms
Wheels
16x8 style 5's

leather e34 handbrake grip
e36 window switches
Bad
Was in a small accident and therefore the driver side fender was replaced but wasn't painted professionally and doesn't match. Clean title still.
The rear differential leaks and makes some noise while turning (could be a rear wheel bearing as well)
No power steering (belt was removed because the lines were leaking)
Motor leaks some oil and also burns a small amount as well.
Clear coat is starting to peel on the drivers door.
