He has a lot of them. Finds cars that need some TLC and puts some in and sends them off to new homes. He has a fucking mint black 325ix and an ultra-low mileage 91 M5 too.

I might suggest him thinking about parting it, but r3v members would probably complain about how the seats are over priced and how they got a better deal on theirs....blah, blah, blah.

He usually just gets them repaired/running/fixed and then finds a new home for them. Who would want to butcher BMWs all the time instead of restoring them back to driving status for others to enjoy?

I might be interested in the 325ix, but if he wants that much for a wrecked 318, I dunno. Would he sell the 325ix?

I dunno. He might be keeping it for his personal collection

It's actually in nice shape and beautiful. No one on r3v would be willing to pay what it is worth. Everyone would rather bitch that they could get a ratty oldrun down version that needed work instead....

so why bother? I'm definitely recommending him stick to the Roundel and CCA classifieds.

For the record, my '91 318is in perfect running order was only $2200.

Seriosuly Heeter, how could you not expect this thread to not be ripped apart?

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Purdue is a big place, lots of smart kids, lots of dumbasses. It's a state school, and unless you're in Engineering or Technology here, there's no safe bet that you aren't a complete moron.

If r3v was any kind of a good marketplace, this thread would have gone untouched. But no, the moderation is lacking in that department, very much so.

Mine was $800. My e-penis just grew that much larger.

I think Heeter's is shrinking at the same rate.

Thomas, posts like that mean nothing. What, are you trying to deter buyers from spending more than you did on a car? Are they not ABLE on their own to decide the benefit (owning the car) is greater than the cost?

How many miles were on your car? How much rust was on it? How was the maintence? How was the interior? How many owners did it have? Where was it located? Who was selling it and how desperate were they for cash? What color was it?

A car, like many other goods, has a flexible price that has many variables so one car cannot equal another in comparison like that. Stating the purchase price of your car really has nothing to do with any other one. They are not all identical, but are differentiated.

Each time, a buyer and a seller came to an agreed where they both felt it was a win-win situation, or it would have not occured. Someone does not need external influence to decide on such a transaction, so just avoid posting.

If you seriously don't enjoy engineering and want to switch to management, you should at least understand these concepts.

Heeter, you sure complain about r3v a lot for having more fucking posts than me!

If you have a problem with this website and its staff, get the fuck out of here!

The last test I took 133. Sure there are higher, but it's a far cry from 80. EAD wheeter, you deserve every drop of this shit.
