WTB: late model sedan, good body, hurt/weak/blown motor (north east)

As the title states. Testing the waters to see if there are any clean body, sedans out there with a hurt/blown/weak motor in the North East?
Not in a rush per say but I'd also like to see what is potentially out there.
318, 325 ect. (no IX's)

The only 'Must" points are...
-Late model plastic bumper
-Sedan
-Little to no rust
(manual preferred)

I have a 87 sedan AUTO with a great rust free body. Good motor but not quite running. Will sell for $1500
