The car has sold! I actually made a deal with somebody from SoCal last Monday less than 24 hours after I posted the for sale ad. I continued to run the ad for the following week to take back-up offers, of which there were many. The buyer flew down on Saturday and drove his new "old" car back to LA. Both the buyer and myself were happy with the deal we made and I must say it was an enjoyable transaction. I feel good about the deal because I am confident the new owner will take very good care of the car without all the gimmicky aftermarket add-ons which tend to ruin the natural good looks of these cars. Now to my next project: a very cosmetically challenged 2003 325ix. Can't wait!

It's rotted and rough. He bought it a few months ago and is trying to make a + $2k flip.
The last owner did the same. It's been well documented on here and this is the 3rd sale for that car within 18 mos.
