Not trying to bust any balls, just figured I'd put this out there for whats it's worth, so somebody else doesn't waste their time as I have. The pictures of this car are very misleading. Michael, I'm not trying to take away from your sale, but I think it's only fair to accurately depict a car's condition. Keep in mind I did not check the complete vehicle over nor did I test drive it because I knew off the bat it is not what I was looking for.
The front bumper has been bumped and caused a small area of paint under the driver headlight to peel up. The front drivers side fender has been bondoed, very poorly prepped, and very poorly painted. The paint is cracking off much like an old house. The passenger side of the rear bumper has a palm sized piece missing due to rust. The front of the passenger side rear fender has been hit and is dented in the size of a palm, and a part of it is down to bare metal. The whole passenger side is dinged and scratched. It is extremely poorly touched-up with off black paint all over the side(looks like a goth girl went to town with her nail polish). There is minimal rust along the lower pinch welds(the front lift squares are in good shape). There is a portion of the passengers side floor where you can push into the carpet.
Both sides of the fuel tank have been crushed in from lift legs, but are not leaking. There is fluid dripping slowly from the steering rack. Hose on fuel rail is leaking fuel. Exhaust downpipe from manifold is leaking. The dashboard has cracks. Both front seats have a lot of play in the back portion. The front leather is in terrible condition(terrible). Something has been screw mounted to the passenger side of the center console. The engine seems to be strong, however I did not drive it. I also did not test any of the body electrics. The car started up perfectly. I did not inspect any of the bushings, shocks, joints, nor did I check the condition of belts, hoses, fluids, or leaks. There is no maintenance history, but my opinion is there has probably not been much done to this car.
This car would make a good daily beater for $500-1000. Michael, I'm not trying to f you over, but this is how the car should have been described.Comment

You're a fucking jackass. I'll vouch for Derrick any day of the week, and you wasted his time and money by not being honest about the condition of the car.
The fact that you are still trying to sell the car here and on bimmerforums for $2500 firm is hilarious. From the sounds of it, the car is worth less than a grand.'91 318is

nope, i am personally taking into my hands no one buying your car now.
how can you think any person on this forum, after reading this thread would still buy your car? its becoming funny. would you buy something after someone told you it was trashed? nope. and no one will buy your car by the same logic.Dan
