2011 WRX FS/FT (pics in link)

I have been lurking here for about a month and decided to post my WRX.

    18,000$ obo
    58k miles

    PICS

    Reason for selling
Insane insurance rates. I have less than a perfect driving record and well, it is just too expensive to insure the car :(
I LOVE this car, hate to see it go..

The car is a 2011 WRX with premium trim. I am the only owner and have maintained it either at the dealership (can get the service records) or by myself (just oil changes with full synthetic castrol 5w-30). Car has a lien.
Looking to pay off my loan and lower my insurance premium.....

    THE GOOD
Car is in perfect mechanical order, but needs the 60k maintenance coming up soon. Interior is near mint, only real wear is in the drivers seat. The car came with the factory upgraded SPT catback exhaust, purrrs like a lion.

    Comes with stock WRX wheels
    Size: 17x8"
    Offset: +53
    Bolt pattern: 5x100
    Weight: 22lbs
    OEM-equipped tire size: 235/45R17
    Tires are at approximately 65%

    AND Winter Steelies
    Size: 16"
    Offset:
    Bolt pattern: 5x100
    Tires are at approximately 85%

    Mods
    Tinted windows ~18%
Kartboy Short throw and front bushing

    THE BAD
Car has a cracked windshield, didnt notice the chip before it developed into a crack.
Front bumper is cracked and foglights broken, hit a raccoon on the highway.
It was also involved in a minor fender bender in January, had the REAR bumper replaced.
    Minor paint chips (Michigan DD)

    TRADES
I am not looking for a car that needs work, looking for a driver. I do not want a convertible.

I am looking for a rust free e30 325is or 318is. Would consider the right sedan. I feel my car is a good deal at 18,000$ so I am looking for that amount in value. This is a must: I would like 6k+ cash with the trade car. This number cannot go lower, it is approximately what I owe on the car. The higher the cash with the trade the better.
Ideally the e30 is located within 500mi of Michigan.

If you want more info or pics PM me. Thanks for looking.

Those 2 statements don't go together.

If you're not looking for a car to work on. Don't buy a 25-30 year old BMW. ;) Also, it took me 6 months to find a rust free E30...just to give you an idea of what you're up against. You will go to see many "rust free" cars. To most sellers, "rust free" really means "you can't see any rust in the pictures"

Good luck with the WRX sale. I had an older Stage II WRX wagon for a while. Very fun cars. Very reliable, and holy hell was that thing a monster in the snow.

If I might make a suggestion. Spend the $200 on a new windshield. It will make the car more attractive to buyers. Or, go through insurance. If you have a loan on it, you must have collision and glass. Also, I believe you mentioned the bolt pattern on the wheels, but not the mileage on the odometer ;)

      Good point sir.

I edited the post to reflect what I meant ;)

I think I might have found something in my area actually.

      What do you think?

Do not have auto glass insurance, I think the heated windshield costs about 700$ installed. I took that, the bumper and the time to get it all done off of the asking price.

Thanks for the reply and advice!
