WTB: Facelift Convertible

Sup guys, I have a friend in the market for an e30 facelift convertible. His criteria is pretty simple:

-Must be an m20 or swapped is fine, as long as its not an m42
-Color does not matter
-Modded or stock
-Must be Manual
-Minimal to no rust

He does not have a set price range, as he is willing to spend the money if it is a car within his criteria. PM or post pics of your car, so that I may show him.
