WTB: Bay Area - E30 ~$6k or E36 M3 ~$12K

Hi All,

I'm located in SF and am looking for either an E30 or E36 M3 for ~$6k or ~$12K respectively. I'm willing to negotiate for the right car and have cash in hand right now.

Requirements:
Manual tranny
Any color but red
No rust
Car should be a 7/10 or better
Coupe or sedan preferred
Reasonable miles aka ~100k preferred
Clean title or extensively documented non frame damaged salvage title
Mostly stock, wheels/suspension ok, no forced induction
Reasonably documented maintenance history

Still looking for a car? I have a 1992 318ic with 127 k miles and replaced the tires,brakes, rotors, and put bilstein shocks on in the last 2000 miles. Oil change, filter, and diff oil replaced last weekend with swepco engine oil and redline 75w90 let me know if you'd be interested.

Title is clean and has been a SM county car it's
Whole life. I'm second owner and it's black on black with 5 speed and 4.27 open diff in the back.
