I have a 1991 318i clean title for sale. 211k on the odometer, approx 300k on the chassis (previous owner did not fix the odo since 2006) I fixed it as soon as I bought it and put 7k on the car. I do not know how many owners the car had, but you can message me and I will give you the VIN #. I bought the car in October 2013 and now I need a bigger car with rear folding seats.
I have put in around 1700 into the car, however, it still has some issues that need to be fixed. I took it into e30 motorwerks back in November 2013 and had the following done:
New radiator, new waterpump and checked timing chain(didn't replace bec it was still good), new fan clutch, replaced oil pan gasket, various hoses, new fuel filter, new spark plugs, replaced throttle cable, and many smaller stuff, I have the paperwork for all of it.
Pros:
New Cooling System
Replaced Intake Gaskets-Hoses
Replaced Valve Cover Gasket
Replaced Oil Pan Gaskets
Mostly Straight body 8/10
Added 13 OBC with LED backlight
Newer Radio with AUX input
CLEAN interior
Husco Arm rest with cup holders
Condor weight shift knob
Basketweaves with caps and decent tires
Sitting on raceland coilovers and front bilstein shocks.
Cons:
Paint has faded beyond repair, will need a new paint job.
Front passenger side Wheel bearing will need to be replaced (it is not loose at all, just not lubed properly)
Sometimes there is a high pitch noise when accelerating, most likely due to the diff. It doesn't happen all the time and doesn't affect the acceleration.
Rear passenger window does not work, All others work.
Read passenger door has some bondo work that will need to be fixed again
Sunroof does not work
Cracked dash, but has bavauto cover
Car isn't perfect, but its still a good start for someone else's project, I just don't have the time for it anymore. I'm Asking $2700 FIRM. PM for serious inquires.
