    WTB: Late E30 (West Coast)

Trying one last WTB thread, but this time, I'm opening up my search. I'll be brief.

I am located in the Bay Area, CA and am willing to take a flight and drive the car back as long as it's an easily do-able weekend trip, or for a great example and easy-to-work-with seller, I'll consider shipping as well. That said, it goes without saying I'd like to find one closer since it's easier for both parties involved. In either case, I'd want a PPI.

    - Mostly stock/OEM or OEM+. No stance/slammed or swaps.
    - Mileage: Less is better, ~150k, but good documentation of performed maintenance and replacements goes a long way for higher mileage cars.
    - Rust-free
    - 5 Speed/MT only. No autos.
    - Body Style: Plastic Bumper -- unwilling to specify specific years because it depends on the trim of the car
    - Trim: 318i, 325i, 318is, 325is, 325iX in that order. No verts.
    - Color (OEM only): White, Light Blue, Lachsilber, Red/Sterling Silver -- in that order with a strong preference toward Alpine White. Will entertain other colors (only listed the more common ones) depending on condition, but no Bronzit or Schwarz. Typically, I like most of the colors offered.
    - Must pass CA smog.

Please no outrageous price demands. I understand the market seems to be on the up, and I understand you have put a lot of work and money into your cars as is often the case, but expecting to recoup all the money invested is unreasonable for cars. No, your 318i with faded paint and 240k is likely not worth 5k.

Thanks for the heads up, but I'm not looking for a project right now. Looking for something to be a solid DD to get me to work everyday.
