Body: The body is in good shape for its age. The front bumper has a hair line crack on the top of it that could be repaired very easily.
There is a rust spot on the passenger rear quarter panel on the wheel arch. This is all surface rust and could easily be fixed since everything is below the molding.
Normal rust in the rear "battery tray" area.
Other than that it is in great shape.
Both low beam headlights were just replaced 1500 miles ago.
Top: The top is in okay shape. The previous owner had the rear window replaced with a zip in at some point in the 10+ years he owned the car.
The edge of the top on each side had a few stitches come apart and was repair. The front corners will leak in a heavy rain. ( I have used seals in great shape that I will install. )
All in all, The top has all its normal issues for an older car and should be replaced, but for the time being it serves its purpose.
Engine/Transmission/Exhaust: The engine is very solid and strong. The timing belt and water pump were replaced in the past 10k miles. I just replaced the plugs, wires, oil and filter 1500 miles ago and adjusted the valves. Cleaned out the maf, ICV and TB at the same time.
The trans is very solid and very smooth shifting. Not a single issue since I've owned the car.
The exhaust is all stock and the cat back was replaced 78 miles ago.
Interior: The interior has seen better days. The dash has the normal cracks in it. The driver seat has cracked and split outer bolsters. I'm in the process of locating replacements to repair this before the sale.
The passenger seat is in solid shape.
The rear seat is split on many seams. I'm also looking for a replacement on this as well.
Suspension/tires/brakes: Both rear wheel bearings, both front hubs and wheel bearings, were replaced 5-6k miles ago.
Tires were replaced 5-6k miles ago.
brakes seem to be in great shape. no shimmy, no shake, no pulsing in the pedal.
Suspension all seems to be great with no issues. The rear shocks seem to be a little soft, but they rebound like they should. So I never bothered with replacing them.
