      I have that same exact top tear.. wtf.. I think its caused from a rub in the rear compartment.. Sorry to hear about your timing belt. Sounds like you have her priced right for a quick sale.. GL.

                              Even with a snapped belt (shouldn't have happened ;-)) that is a really good price with minimal rust for a Chicago car. It will move pretty fast. GLWS
