Lolol that's the tps problem. It's stuck thinking you're giving it throttle but if you push back on the tb it goes back to normal. I'm trying to find time to give it an adjustment. If anyone thinks it could be something else I'm all ears!

I recommend that anyone interested reads the cl ad, there is a better description of the car there. Also, I failed to mention the car has a crack free dash!
