I planned on turning it into a summer cruiser but after buying my house, having a kid and having another e30 project. . .you know, this thing called life....so this one needs to go. I've had it for a little over a year now and has been in my garage on jack stands ever since really. I only got around to basic maintenance stuff so far but it still needs a decent amount of work, mainly cosmetic but nothing too serious imo. Can be used for parts or restored

Needs a rear main seal I think, its leaking oil from the rear of the block.
The seats and top are are shot, carpet is a bit dirty,
needs new rear brakes done
the passenger side axle boot is torn,
needs a new battery(have to jump it to get it started),
the hood has a little rust, rear quarters have a little rust, the most rust is on the rockers in the door jams.
Dent in lower valence/busted fog light(that's not a dent in the fender, just a reflection)
