I got my M-Tech Vert for $5,500 but that looks like a nice/clean low mileage car. Drop the price a grand and it will sell...

              2k+ for a 89k mile E30 with no issues? Don't think so...

He mean't drop the price by 2K. It looks like a clean car but it will sit on the market a long time at that price.

You've gota remember, guy's on this board are cheap.

I would suggest posting it FS on Bimmerfest, Bimmerforums & Roadfly. It is at the top of the price range for a cabrio but $$ are changing hands at this price, particularly at this time of year. Good, complete documentation on service is a must - combined with low miles, it should be very marketable.

It's how bad someone wants the car that will dictate the price.
                    I have a '92 cab with 98k and have turned down $7500.
I admit I have a few mods, Ronal lS wheels, euro grill, euro smilies, MarkD chip etc. Plus the newer style bumpers etc. may make mine more in demand I don't know.

In this case we're smart, not cheap.
