Hi, selling my mom's spare car: a 1993 525i M50 VANOS 5-speed E34. Car is silver. 260k original miles on it. I bought this for her 2 years ago from a 60 year old man who owned it for 19 years. The car has all the complete maintenance records from him. Clean title.
The car isn't perfect, and I'm selling it because I don't have time to really work on it for her and fix it up the way I want to. She has a daily driver and this was just a spare car for her that she enjoyed driving. I'll just list the issues with the car.
The bad: Radiator leaks so needs to be worked on, car leaks a bit of oil, the window switches in the center console need to be replaced, minor interior trim needs to be fixed, needs new tires, front right ball joint probably needs to be replaced, paint is original and fading so a repaint would make it look mint, A/C works but a recharge would be ideal.
Other than that, the car drives good, gets good MPG, and has plenty of power. It just really needs someone that doesn't mind fixing the issues it has and restoring it. With a little bit of work, this could be a really beautiful daily driver.
