As I said, ebay won't work for him like this. Too many strikes for a flawed ebay system to result in a sale like this. His best bet on ebay would be a buy-it-now listing, limit bidders with zero feedback and hope for a $500 deposit from a serious buyer to secure a purchase once the details are worked out. He's freaking dreaming if he thinks a bidding war is going to end with a money transfer and someone sending a trailer. The high bidder can bid for fun, back out any time, and all you can do is ding them on a "no pay" through eBay which could temporarily suspend their ability to bid in the future if they have "multiple violations". It's a joke.Comment

Honestly if that's all the rust it has then that's a steal. People that won't take the time to replace floor pans are just panzy fucks and shouldn't have the car in first place. I wish I had the cash for this I'd own it.Comment

According to previous discussion of this car including firsthand accounts of the car, his ad is not an accurate representation of the rust situation.
Which I'm assuming is why the car hasn't sold in the prior 2 auctions (or on the local CL at $8500).
Whoever won likely showed up to get the car and was presented with a car that was nowhere near just "rusted floors".Comment

I sure hope so. I've rebuilt am extremely rusty car it sucks. But it just depends on where the rust was. Imo I'd have no problem paying 8k for a car that needs new floors and and maybe a wheel arch or two. The price of m3's is only gonna go up doesn't matter what kind of title it has.Comment

wrong, at least for a majority of enthusiasts/purists driving up the prices.
they're not going to invest in a branded title m3; resale has proven to be nowhere near the median of the market.Comment

I'm willing to bet in a few years a rebuilt/salvage title m3 would be like a rebuilt/salvage title
Vintage muscle car. It doesn't matter as long as it was repaired right and been maintained right since.Comment

so im here to defend myself agaibst the majority of liers about my car , hansel lies ive only had the car 11 years and the last 5 have been in my garage ,most of the time, proof call jcl automotive and ask for chris limantaur i bought it from his dad a german mechanic out of his garage, second no verifyable doylestown mechanic saw my car in the ladt two years because its been in my garage for 5 and thrre are no mechNics i would take it 2 in doylestown, so thete is no engine needs to be rebuilt and suspension shot, next im 42 out of wprk 2 months back injury and listed the car a fair 8500 but 250 calls and several "serious buyers" i was nowhere so the guy who said car wouldnt start actually was here 2 hours then anogher really nice mechanic came to look started it in minutes. ,wrote real review on s14, i didnt have to remove interior to show the rust but i just wanted to have an honest sale not hiding anything told about intetior took a picture of the floir with the gas pedal stuck through it wtf just let me sell my car and stop making up thing all the time get lives im just trying to pay my mortgage get wives or girlfriends instead of finger banging yourselves all day
The public education system has failed you.
I'm sorry for your troubles but your communication skills are working against you.
