    ***UPDATE***
    turns out it wasn't as easy as we thought to pull the dogleg and put a regular Getrag in it. So it stays with the car, everything else is stock though

          Its a small case 3.23, most e30s are medium cases. The 323i diffs where tiny tiny. I've never had an issue with it

              215/45r17 redrilled to 4x100. Yea I'm asking 2K, only had the tires on since July.

                    I believe he was referring to the two black horizontal sections in the "vertical lower section of the front bumper area that is below the license plate" (really, it's the valence - I just made that phrase up to describe it). If you have an M20 with an oil cooler, it is right behind those two sections and you are somewhat restricting the air entering them if you keep the plastic inserts in there. I don't know any other way to say it.
