I can't believe I am thinking about this, but I think it is time I let go of my project track E30. 
I currently don't have time to drive it or work on it due to my civilian job and the reserves.
I am the third owner of the car. The previous owner is the owner of 'Mesa Performance' in Costa Mesa. If you are not familiar with them, they specialize in BMW parts especially E30s so the car was very well taken care of. I have a stack of receipts of replacements and upgrades I did myself as well. I have had all major work done by E30 Motor Werks and the car has one of their skid plates as well.
Engine:
-Stock M20 -previous owner had it professionally built. I will have to check at what mileage.
-Has K&N cone filter
-Comes with 2 173 ECUs (one stock and one Chipped)
-Passes Cali Smog
-Powder Coated Black Exhaust manifolds
-A/C removed
-Steel Engine Skid plate
-Extra Intake manifold
-Upgraded engine and trans mounts, I forget the brand. I think SpeedShop?
Suspension:
-JOM Coilovers front and rear
These are practically brand new
-One new control arm
Body:
-Comes with both the Eurostop big front lip and a IS lip
-Has IS rear spoiler
-Rolled fenders
-Body is straight, could use some paint
Inside:
Pretty much gutted. Still has dash and front door panels. Head liner, carpet, rubber sound deading, rear seat and panels have all been removed.
*Full bolt in Autopower Roll cage. Needs to be bolted in and adjusted.
*Comes with 2 MOMO racing seats and steering wheel.
Wheels:
15x8 ESM's with Falken tire that have plenty of meat left.
Some of the newer parts are:
Starter
Clutch Slave cylinder
Car runs and drives good. Still street legal. No major issues. Come with a lot of extra parts that are not on the car. I am located in Orange County, but the car is currently stored at my girlfriends dads house in Yucca Valley. I will update more info as I remember, but feel free to ask me any questions.
Looking to getting around $4000 but I am open to offers. So don't be afraid to make one.
